The greens from Box K Farms are always fresh, consistently beautiful, clean and delivered right to my door. These are the best greens I have ever eaten. Marty and Christina have three boys: Oliver Joseph (11); Roy Otto (9); Walter Daniel (7). Marty is a high school physical education teacher and wrestling coach for Madison Central School District, and Christina works primarily with their local businesses and stays home with her 3 boys.
Box K Farms utilizes Greenery S, this is a hydroponic container farm. Unlike traditional farms, the plants in the Greenery S grow vertically indoors without soil, with the plants obtaining all their nutrition from water and their light energy from powerful LED lights. It is able to produce up to 2.5 acres’ worth of nutritionally-dense crops such as lettuces, brassicas, herbs, leafy greens, etc.
